As of January 1, 2024 our CEO, President and co-founder Jim Winso is stepping down to enjoy a much deserved retirement after a long and successful career in the Radiation Detection and Imaging Industry. The Spectral Labs team is grateful for Jim’s leadership, integrity, and commitment to employee ownership. Jim will remain active as Chairman of the Board to continue providing expert guidance to the company. Spectral Labs co-founder and former Executive Vice President, Eric Ackermann, has been appointed by the BOD as the new CEO & President. Eric brings to the position 30 years of experience as a design engineer, program manager, and corporate executive, primarily in radiation detection and imaging, as well as a strong belief in employee ownership.
